Matraville Carols in the Park is one of Randwick City’s most popular Christmas celebrations. It will be held on Saturday 13 December 2025. 2025 will be the 22nd year of this iconic star-studded
Christmas celebration held in Barwon Park, Franklin St Matraville.
Each year Carols in the Park sees local talent who may go onto become Australia’s biggest rising stars come together to celebrate the spirit of Christmas with close to 8,000 people who join us on ground.

- Stage Set-Up and organisers Mid-Morning
- Pre - Show Sound Checks and rehearsals start around 4pm
- Amusements/Rides from 4.00pm - 8:00pm
- Face Painting from 5.00pm - 8:00pm

The only Candle sales and lighting sales permitted on the night is from the Volunteer tent. This is a major source of fund raising for the event.
